Terms of service
Last updated: Draft, not yet in effect
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] for the use of Braidpost. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Braidpost lets you write posts and publish or schedule them to social platforms you connect. Each platform has its own terms and may change or limit what can be published; Braidpost cannot guarantee a platform will accept a post.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces.
- On team plans, the owner controls who has access.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us the rights we need to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose. You must have the rights to everything you publish and follow each platform's rules.
Beta, plans and billing
- Braidpost is in a private beta, by invitation. Access is free during the beta; we will tell you before any charge starts.
- Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Annual plans cost 20% less than monthly.
- Extra channels cost $3 per month each. Posting to X is a separate add-on because X bills each post.
- Taxes, refunds and payment terms: [to be drafted by counsel].
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month; annual plans at the close of the paid year. [Data export and deletion timeline after cancellation.]
Acceptable use
Do not use Braidpost for spam, to break the law or platform rules, or to interfere with the service. [Full acceptable use policy.]
Warranties and liability
[Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnities to be drafted by counsel.]
Governing law
[Governing law and venue.]
